Visit Nam Et-Phou Louey NPA

Nam Nern Night Safari

The first, and currently only, area opened to visitors in Nam Et-Phou Louey NPA, the Nam Nern Night Safari provides one of the only opportunities in Laos to view rare wildlife, which is done at night while traveling by traditional long-tail boats. The trip is designed to support alternative livelihoods for local people and generate community support for conservation of tigers and other wildlife. Nature activities include bird watching, wildlife tracking, nighttime wildlife spotting, medicinal plant exploration and moderate hiking.  For more information click here.
